WHO AM I?
Hello! My name is Cris. I’m a full-spectrum doula based in Canandaigua, NY.

I came to birth work after the birth of my first son, when I found myself wondering if other new parents were struggling (like me) or thriving, and if they had people to talk to about the realities of birth and parenthood. My own experience inspires my work, where I serve as a compassionate guide for pregnant people and their loved ones.

In 2018 I completed doula training with Carriage House Birth (NYC) and have since supported families through all kinds of birthing experiences. In addition to hands-on experience, I am committed to lifelong learning of reproductive justice, care work, and modern birth topics.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?
